Window Shopping at Two Brunettes: A First Anniversary Soiree

Carolyn of A Beautiful Ripple Effect is celebrating her one year anniversary with her husband in October at her home in Florida. I have worked with Carolyn in the past, so I know her taste and style, she wanted something created, with lots of soft colors, patterns, liners, the works. Her party theme is also equally as AWESOME, an evening of champagne and burgers! I kept picturing a beautiful florida sunset as the backdrop to this party, so I wanted Carolyn's guests to feel that when they opened their invitations.

new in the shop!

You will be seeing many updated items and a mini makeover at the Two Brunettes Etsy Shop in the weeks to come! Finally! I have been working hard on getting this shop to where I want it to be, its taken a little longer then I thought but hopefully it is worth the wait! 

New items will include several box note card sets, recipe cards, custom designed invitations and a letterpress printed wedding mix and match invitation suites!  

First up the wedding invitations designed for our wedding are officially for sale! It can be ordered as is or customized for colors in your own wedding. We've had so many inquiries, it was time to list them officially. Its a really versatile design inspired by vintage botanical prints! Brides, head on over to the shop!

I just love these

I'm working on my wedding invites today plus some more stuff for the shop. I have most of the design all together for the invitations but need to just iron out the details. These vintage inspired invites are really cute though and they are warm and inviting but very summery! I love that map.

new bride

I have a bride! And that means I have a wedding invite set to start on! The wedding is August of this year and her theme is "live, laugh, love".  She is totally in love with sunflowers and is having them everywhere. She is a young little thing and very funny in her emails, so im excited. She has a little bit of a tight budget (so do I),  so that will be my challenge. She seems to be very open for any kind of look which is nice :o). Im really excited and can't wait to get to work on her invites!
